SUP Yoga on Black Friday! Vero Beach Yoga Barre and Nicole Capra will be leading us for some paddle board yoga. We usually see lots of dolphin and manatee in the area, makes for a very peaceful yoga and paddle experience.
Never been paddle boarding? Not a problem, we can teach you. Never done yoga? Not a problem either! I will be with the group to teach the paddle boarding, plus, our yoga teacher is a certified yoga instructor and paddle board instructor. We've got you covered!

It will be $30 for board rental and class, $15 for the class if you have equipment. If you bring your own, its recommended to bring an anchor, not a must have, but it really helps keep the group together.
