Saturday, October 25th In this workshop, inspired by Chef Mark's Wheatstalk experiences,
we will discuss demo and work with various flours to determine and evaluate their differences.
Part lecture, part discussion, part experimentation.
A unique opportunity to learn about this ancient food source.

PATISSERIE WORKSHOP/CLASS POLICIES

All classes require advance registration. Payment for all workshops is expected in full at the time of registration.

You may cancel up to one week ahead of workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made at least two business days in advance of the workshop date in order to receive a Patisserie workshop credit. Cancellations received less than two days ahead are not eligible for credit, but you may send someone in your place.

In the event the Patisserie must cancel or postpone a workshop, students will be given an opportunity to participate in a reschedules or different workshop, or their payment will be refunded or a credit issued.

In the interest of health and safety, we ask all students to wear long pants, closed shoes with rubber soles, and to tie back long hair. Please do not wear perfume to any of our classes. Please bring your own apron and pen to classes. Children are not allowed in adult workshops. However, at age fourteen, the young adult may take a workshop with an adult and at age sixteen, teenagers may take adult workshops on their own.

Please, no more than six people in any group for any workshop, except as arranged in advance. If you have four or more people in your group, we need a full week's notice for cancellations.
