H.A.L.O. is a nonprofit organization that will bring about a day when Indian River County is a No Kill community. H.A.L.O. intakes over 2,000 pets each year and promises to provide all physical, emotional, and medical care needed until their forever home is found. Through expansion H.A.L.O. will be able to increase intakes, continue to fund desperately-needed spay/neuter programs, and spread the philosophy of no-kill rescue so that one day no animal will have to lose their life just for not having space available, needing medical care, or just requiring a bit more time to find their forever home.

H.A.L.O's work is made possible ONLY though your support. You create the change for a more compassionate way to treat animals and you stand for a No Kill Rescue Movement… a belief that, through working together, there is just a better way!
