Yoga for Backcare & Scoliosis

Session 1: Yoga for Back Care 1-3pm
This workshop is designed for students and teachers working with back issues such as hyper-kyphosis, hyperlordosis, SI Joint issues, sciatica, spondylolisthesis, stenosis, spinal fusion and disc degeneration, bulge or herniation. Students also interested in learning to find their optimal “plumb line” or moving away from habitual postural behaviors are also encouraged to attend. All levels welcome.
Cost: $110 (Early-bird by 3/1 $100)

Session 2: Yoga for Scoliosis 4:30-6:30pm
Are you looking to develop a deeper understanding of what it means to have spinal asymmetry? This workshop is for students and teachers working with scoliosis and spinal fusion. Together we will look at how scoliosis affects the entire body, including joint instability and the organs. Through specific actions and poses, students and teachers alike will learn to modify their practice both in the studio or in the home. Session 1 on Back Care is a prerequisite to the scoliosis portion of the day. All levels welcome.
Cost for both Sessions: $200 (Early-bird by 3/1 $185)
