Vet to Vet Cafe

If you served, mark Friday morning, November 13 on your calendar. The Vet to Vet Cafe is a relaxed get-together where local veterans can sit down with other veterans, swap stories and enjoy some easy company.

It is open to all veterans in our community. Along with the conversation, it is a chance to learn about resources that may help you or someone in your family. Sometimes the most useful tip comes from the person sitting across the table who has already been through the same thing.

The cafe runs from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the SRA Activity Center, 694 14th Street in Vero Beach. It is listed on Indian River County's Veterans Events calendar.

Please RSVP by Monday, November 10 to Luz Molina at 772-978-5513 or [email protected].

If you know a veteran who could use a morning out, or who has not connected with other vets in a while, share this with them, or better yet, offer them a ride. Showing up is the hardest part, and this is a welcoming place to start.
