Vero Beach Foodie VIP Meetup & Burger Eating Challenge
This event took place on December 14, 2019. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.
Come hang out with the Vero Beach Foodies and Thomas Miller aka "The Food Guy" as we head to Sebastian Sandwich Shack for our next VIP Meetup and Burger Eating Challenge!
We are kicking things up a NOTCH this time and adding a Burger Eating Challenge! It's called the MOAB, which stands for MOTHER OF ALL BURGERS, and this thing is HUGE! In addition to the burger, you also have to consume 1 lb of french fries and a root beer float. Sounds easy, right? Well if you think you can eat all of that in less than 15 minutes, then this challenge is for you!
Here are the details of the challenge:
The burger eating challenge starts at 5:30pm. You must eat the entire MOAB burger, 1 lb of french fries and drink a root beer float in less than 15 minutes. Be the first to finish or who eats the most if no one finishes (determined by weight of food left) and you will get the meal for free! If you don't finish or are not the first to finish, then the meal will cost you $20. The winner will also receive a $50 gift card to the Sebastian Sandwich Shack to be used on a future visit. You must sign a release waiver before the contest begins.
Due to the limited amount of space we have for the challenge, only 5 spots are available. If you are interested in being a MOAB Burger Eating Challenge contestant, click on the purchase ticket link and register for one of the 5 spots available. I will post updates on the event page when we have our 5 spots filled up!
Only 30 Meetup spots available! Purchase your tickets now before we sell out! You don't want to miss watching this challenge!
