Vero Beach Foodie VIP Meetup

This event took place on April 18, 2019. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.

Join the Vero Beach Foodies and Thomas Miller aka "The Food Guy" as we head to The Source Ministries for our next VIP Meetup event! I've asked the 2019 HOPE for Families Center Vero Beach Top Chef Winner, Chef Alfredo Arce from The Wave @ Costa d'Este to work with the "Chefs in Training" from the Dining with Dignity program to help with the planning and food preparation for this event. They will prepare and serve three to four heavy hors d'oeuvres for you to taste. Take a tour of the facility and see what they do for the less fortunate in our community.

Location: The Source Ministries
Address: 1015 Commerce Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960
Date: Thursday, April 18th

Here is more information about The Source Ministries:
The Source began in 1995 as a fledgling homeless ministry. We originally served the needy by offering free meals and Bible Study in a tiny 600 sq. ft. storefront in Osceola Plaza. Seventeen years later, we have grown into a comprehensive assistance center, opening our 5,000 sq. ft. outreach facility six days a week, addressing the complex needs of homeless and poor living right here in our own community. Our purpose is to offer life-changing possibilities to residents in crisis – offering emergency hunger relief, clothing, counseling, support groups, hygiene items, showers, mail and telephone services, benefit referrals, cold weather refuge, and so much more.
