Sunday, April 2nd!

Share the Fun!
Students, family, and friends are all welcome, so bring a friend!

Why do we run?
One of the core values at VBKA is fitness, so we encourage our students to get out there and be active! To ensure our students are getting out there, we hold a Fun Run every 6 months. Each belt level has different requirements for completing the run. Ask your instructor for more details. Come run with us, set goals, and beat your time!

We will have people running 1, 2, and 3 miles!
