Truck & Sled Pull EventJoin us at the gym Saturday morning December 30th 10:00am. Stronger Athletics will be hosting its 2nd truck and sled pull event. This is sure to be a great time and appropriate for all able bodies. We will have a weight thats safe and allows for almost everyone to pull at some point. As the event goes we will keep increasing the loads until our grand finally. Pulling a full size truck! Our initial sled weight will be 70lbs. A easy pull weight for most trainees. Further details about the event will be released as event day nears but we can add that this will be absolutely free for everyone (participants and onlookers). You have been informed so now we suggest you start training.
