At the end of every year I write an article called The Golden Fork Awards. It features my Top 10 Best Dishes I tasted over the last year, a Chef and Restaurant of the year. For the first time in 4 years, we are lifting this off the digital page and are creating a tasting event for you to attend and taste the food from all of these amazing restaurants together in one evening!
