Hump Day Yoga: Join Nicole at 5:30pm for an hour of Vinyasa yoga on the water behind our shop. Bring your board & paddle for $15/session or use our equipment for $30/session.

Wine Down Wednesday: This is Hump Day Yoga with a toast! After class join us for a glass of wine or beer at Varietals and More. Rob has hand selected items to compliment your post yoga zen.
