In this workshop you will be introduced to a complete stress relief protocol where you will learn a circuit of acupressure points addressing overall stress, anxiety, and burn out. Adequate time will be allocated for self-practice, using different mediums such as fingers and therapy bowls. You will also learn some easy Breathwork, Vocal Toning Release, & other physical healing techniques such as Diaphragm release.
