Reiki (pronounced RayKey)is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Take some time out of your week to feel the healing. You deserve it. Think how much better you can perform with out so much stress in your life. Take an hour to be stress free. It is gift not only to yourself but your family as well.
