Love Yourself and start the new year with a Complete Practice to set a tone and an intention to care for yourself and go within. When we are cared for and centered, our potential to achieve our deepest desires becomes infinite. Discover or rediscover the other aspects of Yoga, beyond the physical practice of postures- asanas, Yoga is a way of life. A philosophy that comprehends different physical practices as well as spiritual ones while following ethical guidelines.
