"Lighten Up" Healthy Cooking Demonstration

Where: 350 US Highway 1, Vero Beach, FL 32962

All classes are held from 11:00am-12:30pm.  Participants will enjoy lunch at each demonstration.  This is a series of five cooking demonstrations.  The first one begins on July 8 and will occur on each Saturday until August 5.
