Kids: Preschool Story Time

Got a little one who loves a good story? The North Indian River County Library in Sebastian hosts Preschool Story Time every Thursday morning, and it is a sweet way to start the day with your three to five year old.

Each session mixes age-appropriate stories with songs, creative dramatics, dance and crafts, so kids get to listen, move, pretend and make something with their hands. It is a gentle, cheerful introduction to the library for preschoolers, and a nice chance for parents and caregivers to meet other local families.

Story Time runs Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Children's Multipurpose Room at the North IRC Library, 1001 Sebastian Blvd, Sebastian. The weekly series continues through Thursday, December 4, 2026.

It is free and open to the public, and registration is not required, so just bring your preschooler and come on in.
