Join us for this 2 hour journey into the sacred space within. Here we will explore the connection with the earth mother and the beauty within our hearts. We will dive into our practice using meditation, yoga, and pranayama techniques to unwind and reconnect with source. Permaculture is yoga for the earth, and yoga is permaculture for our bodies. Together we will build the bridge to reconnect ourselves to the abundance all around us.
