"HOME SWEET HOME" - Annual Fall Community Concert

Gifford Academy for Performing Arts is holding its Annual Fall Community Concert, "Home Sweet Home," and everyone in town is welcome. Students from across the Academy's music programs will perform. It's their chance to show the skills, confidence and teamwork they've built over the year.

This year the concert also honors the men and women who have served our country, with a special tribute to veterans and military families. The subtitle says it well: "A Tribute to Our Veterans and Celebration of Our Future Home." The Academy is working toward a permanent home for its students, instructors and programs, so the evening also celebrates how far it has come.

It's a nice way to spend a weeknight. You get to hear local kids perform, thank the veterans in your life and support a hometown arts program. Bring the family, and bring a veteran if you can.

The concert is Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Emerson Center, 1590 27th Avenue, Vero Beach. Admission is free. Donations are welcome and appreciated. No registration or tickets are listed. Just come out and cheer on the young performers who are shaping what comes next.
