Join Meghan Walsh, Generation Independent by Meghan Walsh & Anthony Profeta, Meditation Teacher on Friday evening December 22nd for a night of healing, food, fun, good cheer, laughs, and prizes. The Holiday Healing Event will begin with a Healing Sound Bath Meditation performed by Anthony Profeta. So that we can get de-stress from work and get centered, aligned and balanced for the end of the year.A Sound Bath is a very relaxed & therapeutic form of meditation because it is all about energy, frequency, & vibration. It is called a "bath" because you are literally being "bathed" in sound wave energy. As these sound waves "wash over your body", they can help to balance and align your energetic body, as well as, move your mind from the Beta and into an Alpha & possibly even Theta brainwave state which is a deep meditative state that leads to relaxation, rejuvenation, & healing.

Many people who experience a Sound Bath Meditation for the first time are often surprised by the well-being they feel at the end of the session.

During his sound bath meditations, Anthony Profeta, Meditation Teacher, uses Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other instruments to create an environment & experience that will wash away your stress, break loose energy blocks within your energetic system, and allow you to enter into a state of relaxation & healing.

If you've never experienced a Sound Bath before this is an experience you will not want to miss.

Afterwards, join us for some fun and good cheer as we come together to celebrate the holidays. There will be cookies, food, drinks and prizes.
