The 13th Annual Hibiscus Festival starts Thursday with the Miss Hibiscus Pagent at the Heritage Center and then Saturday early morning with the Hibiscus Ride. All day art and music with the LandSharks at the feature band and again on Sunday Art and music Oh and don't forget the food and hibiscus...in our special garden section.
