Join Alexis for a gentle flow that focuses on introducing foundational poses and emphasizing proper alignment, allowing participants to build strength, flexibility, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. The flow encourages mindful breathing and offers modifications to accommodate different levels of flexibility and fitness. The flow moves at a slower pace, allowing participants to become familiar with the poses and transitions, making it a great starting point for building a solid yoga foundation.
