Flowing Frequencies

This event took place on August 24, 2024. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.

Enjoy an invigorating practice that gracefully synchronizes breath and movement, guiding you through a seamless flow of postures that promote flexibility, strength, and a sense of inner calm. During the flow, our skilled sound healer will craft a symphony of healing frequencies using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments. The soothing waves of sound will effortlessly dissolve tension, nurturing a profound sense of relaxation and tranquility.
