7:30am Florida Scrub Jay Tour – $5/person
Meet tour leader Jane Schnee at 7:30 am at the Wabasso County Park.  Jane will lead a tour of the Wabasso Scrub Conservation Area to see Florida’s rare, endangered, endemic scrub, where you can expect to see Florida Scrub-Jay, and many other resident and migratory birds that visit this area.  And if we are lucky, we’ll see one of the resident Great Horned Owls that live there.  Directions: take CR 510 west to 64th Ave (blinking light), turn right.  Just before pavement ends, turn right into the Wabasso County Park.
