Join artist and author Barbara Brooks for an afternoon of fun and discovery as you immerse yourself in colors and patterns designed to renew and relax. Barbara's book, Expressions of Spirit is a full color collection of mandalas and her accompanying Coloring Journal encourages a unique coloring experience. We will meditate, color, write and share. The Coloring Journal has clear flexible suggestions for connecting to your inner voice and provides questions to ponder, discuss and chronicle.
