Expanding LOVE: Guided Bowl & Sound Healing Meditation

This event took place on April 4, 2017. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.

Where: 1614 US Hwy 1, Sebastian, Florida 32958

Join us for a very relaxing meditation in which we will connect with and expand the love within us all. During this session, meditation teacher, Anthony Profeta (who has just returned from his studies in Nepal & India), will teach us how sound can be an object of meditation. He will be playing Tibetan & crystal bowls to help our body & mind relax so that we can achieve a deeper meditative state. Then, we will be guided through an expanding love meditation in which we will connect to the love within us and then expand that love out to others & the world. You may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion during this meditation. You simply want to make yourself as comfortable as possible as we embark on this rejuvenating journey.
