Join us for an evening of rest and relaxation!!Ashleigh will apply 5 different essential oil blends to various regions of your body while you rest in Restorative Yoga shapes. The blends are created especially for stress reduction, clarity and ease. During the practice Ashleigh will casually inform you of other ways to practice self care for your body and mind. This experience is like a mini vacation. Your body and mind will truly thank you for taking this time away from your electronic devices and everyday stressors.
