Doubles Trap Shooting Competition

If you like breaking clays, or want to see what doubles trap is all about, the Indian River County Public Shooting Range in Sebastian holds a Doubles Trap Shooting Competition on Sundays. It's a nice way to spend a weekend morning outdoors with other shooters from around the county.

Doubles trap is a step up from regular trap because two targets go up at once. The competition runs on Field 2. The range has three combined skeet and trap fields, so the setup is built for this kind of shooting.

The competition runs Sundays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, starting November 8, 2026. The range is at 10455 102nd Terrace, Sebastian, FL 32958. The cost is $20 plus tax per round.

You must be a registered range user to take part. If you have not registered yet, you can do it on the county's shooting range page by creating an account and reading and acknowledging the safety briefing. Get that done before Sunday so you can go straight to the field. For questions, the range phone number is (772) 226-3096.
