Through some of the world’s most renowned experts on nutrition, health and medicine, the documentary film PlantPure Nation looks at the powerful healing and health benefits of a whole foods plant-based diet.Dr. Colin Campbell, a biochemist and author of over 300 research papers and three books, including the famous, The China Study, strongly advocates for a whole foods plant-based vegan diet to prevent cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and many chronic metabolic diseases. Dr. Campbell was featured in the 2011 American documentary, Forks Over Knives, and also appears in this film with his son Nelson.Chef Jesse Alexander wil once again present a new Tapas style menu for this event. The film starts promptly at 6 PM.
