Drop-in Policy
We do accept drop-ins from EXPERIENCED CrossFitters only. That means you know how to warm-up appropriately, are familiar with all the movements we perform, including the Olympic lifts, and you also understand how to scale and modify. Our drop-in fee is $15, cash only. YOU MUST EMAIL US PRIOR TO DROPPING IN.

Make sure to come a few minutes early to class in order to sign a waiver.
