Creating Your 2017 Template of Transformation

Guided by Brennan Healer and Psychotherapist, Gail Lois Jaffe, in the nurturing setting of Center for Spiritual Care, and in Community with a small group ( limited to 10 participants) , we will sit together and create intention for the changes you want to make.
If you are called to join us, please begin to notice and write down your intentions.
The 2 hour format will be customized to the attendees and will follow this basic format:
Introduction to Intention vs Will, and the 4 Dimensions of Energy in creating transformation;
Experiential Brennan Techniques for grounding, aligning, and centering;
Guided Visualization Meditation to access your new template;
Journaling to write your own Sacred Covenant of Intention;
Time to embellish your journal with craft materials;
Share your journal, if desired, with other participants;
Q & A and Closing the Circle
