CHRISTMAS BOAT PARADE 2026

Every December, decorated boats light up the water in Vero Beach for the Christmas Boat Parade. It is one of those simple local traditions that makes the holidays here feel different from anywhere else: twinkling lights reflecting off the Intracoastal on a warm winter evening.

This year's parade is listed for Sunday, December 6, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM. The boats travel along the Intracoastal Waterway and various channels, so there are plenty of spots along the water to catch the show.

It is a great outing for families, neighbors and anyone who loves a little holiday sparkle. Kids get a kick out of spotting their favorite boat, and grown-ups enjoy an easy evening by the lagoon without needing a ticket to a big venue. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket, find your spot early, and settle in as the lighted boats drift by.

This listing comes from the VeroBeach.com community calendar. We could not find the organizer's own page for the 2026 parade yet, so details like the exact route, best viewing areas and any weather plans have not been confirmed. Please check back closer to the date before you head out.

See you on the water!
