Christmas Boat Parade

This event took place on December 2, 2016. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.

Where: Under the Barber Bridge

The Vero Beach Chamber of Commerce, along with the City of Vero Beach and the Marine Industries Association of the Treasure Coast, are sponsoring the Eleventh annual Vero Beach Christmas Boat Parade this Friday, December 2nd.
Beginning at sunset, about 6:30 pm, the brightly decorated boats, large and small, will travel South slowly under the Barber Bridge, with the smaller boats hugging the Western shoreline and the larger boats, over 30 feet, following the Indian River channel, with all boats joining up South of the 17th Street Bridge, and then returning North past a reviewing stand at the City Marina. There will be three trophies for the best decorated boats – large boat, small boat and best overall.
The best places to watch Vero Beach’s Christmas Boat Parade this Friday would be from the bridges, the City Marina, the Royal Palm Pointe Fountain, Young Park or the Riverside Fishing Pier.
