Run or walk the CHIMPATHON 16K- there is no other race like it in the world!

Over 500 runners and walkers joined us last year at the inaugural race and over $32,000 was raised to benefit the more than 250 rescued chimpanzees residing at the Sanctuary.

The course takes you through Save the Chimps - the world's largest chimpanzee sanctuary, located in Fort Pierce, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to visit Save the Chimps , which is not open to the public. You can expect to be cheered on by hundreds of chimpanzees, including Doc - this years mascot- as you run beside their island homes.

100% of the proceeds from Chimpathon will directly benefit the more than 250 chimpanzees residing at Save the Chimps.
