On Thursday, January 25th, Cobalt Restaurant, the popular waterfront stunner in Vero Beach, will host an exclusive Carmel Road Wine Dinner. The exclusive event will showcase a delectable three-course dinner paired with the Monterey winery’s unique varietals, as well as blends from their Barrymore Wines portfolio.
Starting at 6:30PM, the spirited evening will begin with a special Meet & Greet reception with Carmel Road’s own winemaker, Kris Kato. Priced at $75 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity, the three-course dinner expertly crafted by Cobalt’s Executive Chef Daniel Traimas, will feature unique dishes paired with Carmel Road varietals and a unique collaborative blend by Carmel Road’s Barrymore Wines portfolio. Winemaker Kris Kato and actress Drew Barrymore have traveled the country together to create unique Barrymore Wines blends.
