BG Polo / Indian River Equestrian Foundation Fundraiser

This event took place on February 7, 2016. See upcoming events in Vero Beach.

Where: 8130 8th Street

Sunday February 7th join us for an afternoon of Polo at BG Vero Beach Polo. Proceeds to Benefit the Indian River Equestrian Foundation.Raffle Prizes, Silent Auction Items and meet some of the rescues.

Indian River Equestrian Foundation rescues animals and horses from owners that can no longer take care of their companion. The horses also come from race tracks or other equine rescues that do not have the room for incoming rescues. We then work with these animals and horses over a lengthy period of time to see where they are mentally, physically and socially. Once we know that they are safe to participate in our therapy program, we then provide hands-on therapy to the elderly, youths, and special needs individuals. This is all at no cost to the participants; however, to provide this service to groups and individuals, and to house, feed and give proper medical attention to the horses, your help is needed.
