Humiston Park is super adorable. It's kid friendly, It's right next to the beach which, it seems is the main attraction. Lucky us, that means we get the beautiful park + the healthy ocean air + a serene and tranquil environment - the perfect setting to practice how we exchange air with our environment.

There are so many ways, so many styles, so many teachers. Coach Laura Anne will be there to facilitate belly breathing and has a couple of other styles you can try if you're already Buddha belly savvy.
