Anger is calling you home to your heart to learn, grow, release, forgive and Love more! You can change your relationship with this powerful emotion. You will learn how to recognize the energy of anger in others and yourself, label the many faces of anger, claim your anger and embrace it as a teaching tool, use your intentions and will to feel the anger and go beneath it to the fear and or pain, and utilize the many types of grounding and breath as vehicles for release using very specific steps. Grow your heart - just like the Grinch! This program takes place on the first and third Mondays of the month. Donations are appreciated.
