A.M. Aerobics Exercise Class

The City of Vero Beach Recreation Department announces that the AM Aerobics classes are held at 9am on Monday's and Thursday's at the Vero Beach Community Center 2266 14th Avenue, in downtown Vero Beach. This is a full body workout class designed to meet all fitness levels.

Am. Aerobics will help improve flexibility, endurance and overall health, wear comfortable clothes, aerobic shoes and bring 1 or 2 pound weights to class. Cost is $3.00 plus tax per person each day, ask about a punch card.
