In this peaceful yet strong class, the body will heat with surya namaskars leading you into a mindful practice connecting with the inner self. All levels of yoga practice are welcome, as adjustments and modifications are made according to what the body needs in that moment. Challenging poses will be taught, as this is a way for us to grow. “Strive for progress, not perfection.”
