If you love stargazing or moonlit ocean views, get ready for a spectacular fall and winter season. From September through December, our skies will host four standout lunar events, perfect for watching under the starry skies of the Treasure Coast.
What's Happening & Why It Matters
- September 7 - Blood Moon Eclipse
The Moon glows a moody red as it passes through Earth's shadow, pure magic in the sky. - October 7 - First Supermoon of 2025
Rising larger and brighter than usual, this Supermoon will look especially dramatic just above the horizon. - November 5 - Biggest Supermoon of the Year
This is the closest full Moon of 2025, up to 30% brighter and noticeably larger. Don't miss it. - December 4 - Final Supermoon of the Year
Wrap up the year with a crisp, wintery glow, perfect for cozying up under the stars.
Tip: Double-check moonrise times and the weather, cloud cover can alter the show. Typically, these moons rise just after sunset.
