As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, Indian River County comes alive with the vibrant spirit of autumn. Fall is the perfect time to explore our community, and there's no better way to do so than by enjoying the incredible lineup of local festivals, markets, and gatherings. From family-friendly fun to art and music celebrations, our area offers something for everyone. To help you plan your perfect season, we've compiled a list of the top nine fall events you won't want to miss in Indian River County.

Fall Festival at Master's Stables
Master's Stables in Fellsmere is hosting its first annual Fall Festival on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6 pm during the first three weekends of October. Entry is $10 per person (ages 3 and under free) and includes access to a pallet maze, petting zoo, corn pit play zone, fall photo opportunities, games, and coupon tickets for select activities. Additional $2 activities include hayrides through the farm, face painting, a goldfish game, and carnival-style games. The festival will feature a vendor area, a raffle for a personalized Yeti cooler, and a costume contest with a cash prize on October 18th. Local vendors can reserve indoor air-conditioned or outdoor spots for $25 by contacting Kristen Runge at 772-834-6899.
Summer Crush Vineyard & Winery : Fall Market
A great place to be this autumn is at the Fall Market event at Summer Crush Winery in Fort Pierce, Florida. On Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, you can enjoy a beautiful vineyard setting with live music, food trucks, and great wine. More than 25 unique vendors will be on site, making it a perfect spot to shop for seasonal gifts or just relax with friends and family.
Admission tickets are required for entry and can be purchased through a link on the event's page. The venue sets the ticket prices, and they may increase as the event date gets closer, so it's a good idea to buy them early. While table reservations are optional, you are also welcome to bring your own chairs for comfort.
The Genesis Church Of Vero Beach Family Fall Festival
Bring the whole family to a free community celebration on November 1st from 1-4 pm featuring a chili cook-off with free tasting and voting, live music by Fresh Funk Ave., IRCHS Jazz Band, Kat Woods, Jae Wilder, and Edmund Nalzaro, plus a bounce house, face painting, and photobooths. Each person receives a complimentary corn dog, popcorn, and drink combo, and can enjoy carnival games, an old-fashioned cake walk, and enter to win raffle baskets. Think you have the best chili in Vero? Enter the cook-off! Kona Ice will be available for snow cone purchases.

Save the date! Get ready for a day of autumn fun at our upcoming Fall Festival. We're busy preparing a day filled with seasonal treats, family-friendly activities, and good times for everyone to enjoy.
Cruzin' to Fall Car Show
Get ready for a day of cool cars and great music! Join us for a car show co-hosted by the No Name Car Club and a special performance by the Mango Brothers Band, who will play a tribute to Jimmy Buffett.
The car show will feature a "People's Choice" vote, with winners announced at 3:00 PM. Participants can arrive with their cars between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. The entry fee is $20 per car, which includes admission for the driver and one passenger, plus a free raffle ticket. There is no pre-registration required. Fellsmere Chapel : Fall Festival
Get ready for the Fall Festival: Flea Market & Craft Show at Fellsmere Chapel on Saturday, November 8, 2025. This community event is a perfect opportunity for vendors, crafters, and creators to showcase their goods to a crowd looking for flea market finds, handmade crafts, great food, and games. Vendor booths are $30 each, but space is limited, with only 13 spots remaining. Don't miss your chance to be part of this popular event; secure your booth before they're gone!
Painted Frog : Hello Fall Night
Painted Frog is hosting an October workshop on Thursday, October 16th from 6-8 pm featuring whimsical woodcut form designs for your entryway. The $45 fee includes a locally-made Florida woodcut piece (limited quantities available), all paint and supplies, and a glass of house wine from Vero Wine Bar.
Lakewood Park Church : Fall Festival
Lakewood Park Church is hosting its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 18th from 12-5 pm, featuring free family activities including a pumpkin patch, Gospel magician, bounce houses, balloon animals, and face painting. The event will also include a craft show with over 15 local crafters, perfect for early holiday shopping, and a variety of food trucks on-site. Admission is free, so bring the whole family, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of fall fun.
Heathcote : Fall Garden Festival 2025
The 39th Annual Fall Garden Festival is happening at Heathcote Botanical Gardens in Fort Pierce on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $1. The festival will feature over 45 vendors, plant and craft sales, expert demos, food trucks, and kids' activities. This year's event includes a Car Show on Saturday and a Bonsai Expo on Sunday, honoring James J. Smith's 100th birthday. Attendees can also see Heathcote's nationally recognized Bonsai collection.
