MCKEE BOTANICAL GARDEN CELEBRATES MOTHER’S DAY WITH SPECIAL OFFER

VERO BEACH, FL – April 29, 2024 – As Mother’s Day approaches, McKee Botanical Garden is delighted to announce a special celebration in honor of all mothers, grandmothers, and mothers-in-law. On Sunday, May 12th, McKee Botanical Garden invites families to enjoy a memorable day amidst nature with a special Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer for Mom. With the purchase of one admission ticket, mothers accompanying their loved ones will receive complimentary admission.

Visitors on Mother’s Day will have the chance to explore the breathtaking landscapes featuring beautiful blooms, majestic palms, exotic plants, trees, waterfalls, and tranquil streams throughout the Garden. Whether strolling through the pathways or relaxing in serene surroundings, McKee Botanical Garden promises a rejuvenating experience for all.

For those looking to treat mom to a delightful culinary experience, the Garden Café will be open from noon to 3 pm, offering an array of mouthwatering sandwiches, soups, paninis, salads, desserts, and a dedicated children’s menu from our new spring menu. Additionally, guests can explore the Garden Gift Shop, which features an assortment of garden-themed home décor, gifts, books, soaps, lotions, jewelry, and other treasures sure to delight any mother.

A McKee membership also makes for a thoughtful gift, allowing mothers to return and enjoy the beauty of the garden throughout the year. McKee Botanical Garden is part of the American Horticultural Society Reciprocal Admissions Program, granting members access to over 340 horticultural institutions across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Families with children will find endless entertainment at the Children’s Garden, where kids can cool off in the Karst Splash Pad, explore the Blue Crab Reading Circle, embark on adventures aboard the Scorpion Pirate Shipwreck, or discover the enchanting Fairy Forest and Fairy House.

General admission rates: $15 Adults, $13 Seniors (65+)/Youth (13-17), and $10 Children (2 – 12). McKee members and children under 2 free. 

The Garden is open on Sunday, May 12  (Mother’s Day) from Noon to 5:00 pm. 

Regular Garden Hours:  Tuesday – Saturday (10 am – 5 pm), Sunday (noon – 5 pm).  The last admission ticket is sold at 4:00 pm. The Children’s Garden closes at 4:30 p.m.
