MCKEE BOTANICAL GARDEN ANNOUNCES WINNERS

OF 18^th ANNUAL WATERLILY PHOTO CONTEST

VERO BEACH, FL. – June 22, 2023 – McKee Botanical Garden is pleased to announce the winners of the 18th Annual Waterlily Photo Contest. Donna Green and Tom Doyle from the Indian River Photo Club judged the photos on Friday, June 16. The judges selected a first, second and third place winner, as well as an honorable mention in the following categories (Color, Black and White, and Manipulated). During the Annual Waterlily Celebration on June 17, the public was given the opportunity to cast their vote for the “People’s Choice” award.

2ND PLACE: “First Impression” by Kerry Cunningham, Indiantown

3RD PLACE: William Lavigne, Vero Beach

HONORABLE MENTION: “Glowing June” by Jessica Roberson, Indian Harbour Beach

1ST PLACE: “Misty Morn” by G. Lee Benson, Vero Beach

2ND PLACE: “In Good Times and in Bad” by Jessica Roberson, Indian Harbour Beach

3RD PLACE: “Five Beauties” by Lila Ferrari, Vero Beach

MANIPULATED:
