Yin and Sound

A rejuvenating experience that combines the restorative practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of sound bowls. In this class, you’ll gently stretch and hold poses for an extended period, allowing for deep relaxation and release of tension. The resonating tones of carefully placed sound bowls complement the practice, promoting a meditative state and enhance the benefits of each pose. Please bring a mat, and all levels welcome!
