    Gentle Glow & Yin

    Join Alexis on Thursday evenings to soothe your nervous system in this nourishing, energy balancing yoga class. Connect gentle, flowing movements with breath in the first half of the class, promoting the release of excess energy and transitioning you into a state of rest. The second half of class includes longer held, supported Yin postures, designed to release connective tissues in the body promoting deeper relaxation and stillness.

    All levels welcome, & beginners encouraged!

    Class Length: 60 minutes

    Please bring a yoga mat. Props such as blocks and bolsters are optional.
