7:15 am—Kids Race begins 

7:30 am—5K race begins 

COURSE: Begins and ends at The Jungle Club. Timing done by Runner’s Depot 

ENTRY: Pre-registration $22—before September 30. Registration $28 after September 30. Entries include bagels and juice for runners. Dri-FIT t-shirts to first 150 registered. All registrations are non-refundable. 

KIDS RUN: 1/4 mile run starts at 7:15 am before the adult 5K. For kids under 10 years old. Kids run is FREE with a suggested donation of $10 to cover t-shirt cost. 

AWARDS: Divisions in 5 year intervals from 10-85. Awards to TOP 3 in each division, plus 86+. $50 cash to first overall male, female and master. 

GENERAL: Water provided at 1 and 2 mile markers. 

WALKERS ARE WELCOME. PLEASE NO STROLLERS OR ROLLER BLADES
