The Space
Our pristine two-story beachfront home offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, just fifty feet from the back door. Located in Vero Beach, you’ll be treated to spectacular ocean and riverfront views, allowing you to take in both Florida’s sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your temporary abode.
Vero Beach is known as the gateway to the tropics and is a prolific citrus producer. Enjoy the quaint atmosphere and absence of high rises that are often found in South Florida. Our beach is mostly private and offers some of the best fishing in the state.
This beach home is surrounded by nature parks and preserves, and during certain times of the year, you may even witness Giant Sea Turtles nesting on the beach nearby. The Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge is close by and offers Sea Turtle walking tours in June and July, providing an extraordinary opportunity to see these gentle giants lay their eggs and make their way back to the ocean.
The 3,000 sq. ft. 2-story bungalow features a second-floor kitchen with views of the inter-coastal waterway. From the dining room table, you can take in both the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway with a simple turn of your head. The spacious king master suite includes a walk-in closet, two vanities, separate shower, and a large soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom and offer either a queen bed with a walk-out balcony or twin single beds with a window seat.
The first floor contains a two-car garage, full bath, laundry area, and an apartment with a kitchenette, queen bedroom, office space, living room, TV, and wireless internet.
The property includes a two-car garage and additional driveway parking (limited to three cars at all times, enforced by the county). A sidewalk along the river accommodates bike riding and jogging. We provide two beach cruisers, and the historic Jungle Trail is just a few miles away. Enjoy surfing or fishing at Sebastian Inlet, located a mile away, with a 24-hour fishing pier and surfing lessons available.
Weddings & Events
Please note that weddings and parties are prohibited in Indian River County at vacation rental homes, with fines up to $5,000. However, we have been able to accommodate guests by hosting their wedding and reception at Sebastian Inlet State Park, just 1 mile north. Additionally, we can coordinate accommodations at our home and Debbie’s Daisy Mae Beach Home, located 1/3 mile away, to house your wedding party.
