Doesn’t seem legit because the votes outweigh the views.
Anyone can go on and vote 1,000 some odd times. I don’t think it was worth my time!
All dogs are cute.. I thought this was for the best PHOTO of dogs. Which one was the best PHOTO. Certainly not most of the winners. Anyone can continue to vote and view… If you do it again, look for the best PHOTO… I agree with V… Not worth my time.

A view is only counted when someone fully opens the submission to see its details. Hope that clears things up!
