The parade is being held Saturday, Oct.27th. Line-up begins at 9:30 a.m. The parade will start at 10:00 a.m. on 21st Street and then it will travel down 14th Avenue to the Vero Beach Community Center where friends, family and the entire community can watch the parade. There will be a costume contest immediately after the parade inside the Vero Beach Community Center. Prizes will be awarded for the 25 best costumes.
