The Treasure Coast Chorale presents its second concert in the “Singing With the Greats” series
– “Singing with Sinatra and the Rat Pack” on Sunday, March 9, 4:00 at 2206 First BapSst Church
on 16th Ave., Vero Beach. Enjoy some of Sinatra’s greatest hits once again: “Fly Me to the
Moon,” “Mack the Knife,” “New York, New York,” “My Way” and many more.
President Reagan once said that “art was the shadow of humanity” and that Sinatra had “spent
his life casSng a magnificent and powerful shadow.”
Although he never learned to read music, Sinatra went on to be included in Time magazine’s
compilaSon of the 20th century’s 100 most influenSal people. You may remember him as
“Chairman of the Board,” and “Ol’ Blue Eyes,” selling an esSmated 150 million records globally
and appearing in over 40 movies.
